LONG UNNECESSARY WAIT!! Came for my appointment at 10:00 am, I arrived early as advised. When I arrived there was 1 single male who seemed to be running the store. Only 1 other patient in waiting area, I waited for about 20 minutes & was called to the back for the exam only to find out there is NO REAL EYE DOCTOR at this location. They only do sight exams to see what prescription you need only. They claim to have a licensed doctor SIGN OFF ON YOUR PRESCRIPTION BUT THEY ARE NOT PHYSICALLY AT THIS LOCATION TO SEE YOU! I came in for extremely dry eyes with no vision problems and guy told me he would have to refer me somewhere else. So i figured i might as well do exam since im here. He told me i was waiting for a lady to come in the room who wasnt at work yet. Black female "doctor" walks in with fast food in her hand and left us patients to wait an additional 20 minutes! She walked back and forth past us several times without even a hello or anything . I walked out, my time is too valuable to be waiting like this. Disgusting service..

Armando and Clara were very helpful in helping me find what I needed. They showed proper customer service when I needed glasses asap. Would recommend if you need attentive care to your questions

Well I was a new client and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I only had them for a few months minus the time to receive them . I haven't dropped them or anything and the sunglasses lenses fell out first the left side then eventually the right side. I have stated my complaints and supposedly I just received my replacement not remake . So if things don't work out I'm just going somewhere else.

She took the time to explain all of my vision benefits thoroughly, making sure I understood every detail before making any decisions. Her patience, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Clara and the rest of the team, I left feeling confident in my choices and well taken care of. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality service and knowledgeable professionals!
