***Exceptional***...this is a life changing program...about 20% of the US population is considered neurodivergent. With such a great demand finding the best fit matters. StarePointe is a community based integrated program that is tailored to the individuals. Our son has had the opportunity to volunteer at a food back, earn his Food Handler Certificate, participate in dating & relationship coaching, Clown Group Theater, Automotive restoration, and so much more. Our son is making true connections and finding his inner voice. This is possible with StarPointe. They have influenced positive thinking with their cognitive strategies and coaching. They are enabling him to take control of his life. Thank you!
My experience being a part of Starpointe has been great. I am in their Relationship and Dating class where I've been learning how to make conversation as an adult, how to make and build healthy relationships (both romantically and platonic) as well as how to date. The other classes that you can take here are also great, and I have gotten to meet and work with such an amazing group of people. Meeting new people for the first time can be scary, but when I fought through that I got to see that everyone is nice, love the mentors and other students/learners here. I have been with this program for almost a year, and I have learned so much from this amazing group. I hope more people can learn about group, and new faces can join!
My experience with StarPointe has been nothing short of amazing. Seeing the true care they have for those they help shows the great character that the staff and everyone there has for what they’re doing. The versatility they have for being able to help in my facets of people lives truly shows how the steps they take have true effects on those they help and teach. I again cannot express the true changes they make in the lives of their students. The true care and love they have for everyone truly shows how they make their students the top priority.
My experience at StarPointe is that they are very supportive and offer wonderful sessions. They listen to what goals you have for yourself, and lay them out in a way where you see the steps you need to take in order for results. They create a great learning atmosphere filled with positivity and since working with them I have started to have growth - I am learning and able to control my emotions more and not be as reactive and the biggest is my work around my mindset. Also, I've been working with Pattie on my Career Development and Life Management and I find I have more skills now in these areas.
