I just bought my second boat from Stateamind, a brand new Malibu 23LSV. Joe Moore was my salesman and he was freaking phenomenal! I wasn't even looking but he contacted me and just created such an easygoing atmosphere with casual and focused calls that I ultimately bought a boat. No pressure, just friendship and solutions. And he and Stateamind really stretched to make it happen for me. They made the process incredibly easy. Gave me tickets to any boat show I wanted to attend. Stored the boat for the winter. Gave me almost at cost discount to outfit the boat. In short, they treated me like a best friend. Yet this was the first time I have EVER met Joe. As part of the deal, they let me trade my 2020 Malibu 23LSV in. They sent a truck across the country to pick up my trade. Even the gentleman driving that truck was an employee and top notch individual. Jim was his name. He was professional and fastidious about checking that everything was collected promptly and safely. So far, I would personally hire every single person I have met at Stateamind. I can't imagine buying from another dealer, ever.
The General Manager Andrew at State A Mind Motor Sports made our boat purchase very easy and pleasant. He made us feel at ease right away, no stress! He explained everything about the boat we were looking at (and eventually purchased) and answered all of our questions. Being newbies to this type of boat (tritoon) this was important to us. He delivered our boat quite a distance to us, launched it and went over everything that was in the boat (motor, equipment, etc...) to how to drive it properly. The lake water was high and our dock was a island. He put our boat in its slip and waded through the cold lake water back to shore. Now thats GREAT costumer service!!! It was easy to see this was a company that cared greatly about running a business where integrity, honesty and character was held at high esteem! We feel Andrew exemplified ALL these traits!!! Buying a boat with Stateamind was an easy and enjoyable experience. Andrew was amazing to work with! He took us out on the water for a test drive and we laughed together the entire time. We are incredibly grateful for the very thorough overview of the boats electronics and capabilities. He was happy to answer all of our questions. The paperwork was seamless. Thanks showing us a good time and selling us an incredible boat!
Estos chicos han sido geniales desde el día 1. Los conocimos por primera vez en ferias náuticas hace años. Sabían que no estábamos listos para comprar en ese momento, pero siempre nos trataron muy bien. Un par de barcos nuevos después y realmente valoro cómo siguen tratando a las personas, haciendo lo correcto y ayudando a las comunidades en las que están. Recientemente, Calvin en el servicio fue implacable en intentar ayudarme a resolver un problema: estaba a punto de rendirme por no poder tener mi barco para un viaje de fin de semana que me entusiasmaba, pero Calvin no se rindió al diagnosticar mi problema por teléfono para salvar el viaje. Resultó ser un simple cable suelto, pero recorrer el árbol de solución de problemas con él no parecía sencillo en ese momento. Pasar de ser un observador casual de ferias náuticas a atravesar el proceso de compra y ahora, después de la venta, el servicio posventa, no podrías pedir mucho más de todo el personal de Stateamind.
