Thomas and Brandon did an amazing job with my move! They were professional, efficient, & handled all of my items with care. These folks were outstanding. The entire process and team from first sales contact through move coordinator to the packers and movers was seamless, well coordinated and professional. They promised a time and met every expectation. Cost was very reasonable and service, follow up, and care for our belongings was genuine. We highly recommend this company!!! Excellent customer service! We would use them again in a heartbeat.
The team I had that deliver my HHG were absolutely amazing! Their punctuality and professionalism were commendable, but what truly set them apart was their genuine care. They handled fragile items with utmost attention and even assisted with placement to ensure everything felt right in my home. Their teamwork, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a stressful day into a smooth, reassuring experience. I'm truly grateful for their effort and would high recommend them to take care of any other military family.
Charles was very professional. Everything was packed tight and his manifest was perfect. Delivered to the room needed as if it was his own stuff.
The delivery of our first military PCS move shipment of household goods (UAB) went Great! The crew was fast, efficient, courteous and thorough. All paperwork was checked, explained and signed. Most importantly, I never felt rushed, though they had two pack ins still to do after mine. Their efficiency allowed them to balance the need to move on to the next appointment with my need for time to review/scan docs and sign. This made for a great first pack out experience. UPDATE: just got our second (HHG) delivery. A different group of guys. Like the first crew, this crew was great! They had a system and new how to incorporate us into it, they were very efficient as a result, and worked well together.
