I did a work in for an alteration to my jacket. The wait time was supposed to be 1 hour. I told them I do not live close by and they rushed my order and got it done within 15 minutes. Also, the staff at the front were very friendly and polite. I will be bringing all my dry cleaning and amendments to this location. I am quite impressed with the service I got today.
Stitch It is amazing. They gave an honest assessment, where other tailors had suggested the job was so much more. They gave a reasonable price and were fast. It is rare to get the magic three fast, quality service for a good price!!! Thank you.
Let me say thank you to Stich It for first trying to convince me that my repair, a zipper that wouldn't stay closed, didn't need to be done. I'm all for saving dollar or two. When I showed them that the original zipper on the jacket just wasn't going to work no matter how carefully I zipped it they took n the repair. They did a fabulous job, it's better than the factory original. Top notch stitching that looks original. Thank you. I highly recommend Stitch It all your alterations. And yes the zipper works perfectly and my comfort and warmth is guaranteed.
I forgot I had a bunch of pins still attached to my blouse and one of the lady staff helped undo them patiently. When I picked up, a different lady was super pleasant as well and mentioned the 30 days guarantee policy. The alterations were done nicely and they returned the items in good condition and with hooks also. Thank you!!
I almost never write reviews…. But this place deserves one. Honestly- I have been going there for years. They are so professional- do such great work- and the staff are amazing - all of them. Special - huge shout out to Jacqui ( manager,) and Amanda ( assistant manager,) who are and go above and beyond. They are so knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly, and kind. It’s a true pleasure to take all my things to them because the quality is so good but also because I trust them. I am a hard body to fit - short and curvy - and they make all my stuff fit and look great. Clearly - I cannot say enough about them. If you need anything fixed - choose here. You won’t be sorry. Love this place and these people.
