I've gotten alterations/repairs done at this location three times now and they never disappoint. Great service, fair pricing, and fast. Most of my jobs were completed earlier than originally expected, and the quality of work was excellent. I definitely recommend getting your alterations/repairs done here.

Worst experience, I ever had with dry cleaning. When I first went to give my clothes, the associate told me it will be clean Hundred percent stains will go away, When I asked her, The stains will go away fully. but after one week when I went to pick up the stains were still there like it’s not been even washed. There was not even much stains. It was like just dust only. It was all same and when I tried to ask the associate and she’s telling me, we don’t give hundred percent guarantee, so I just want to let you guys know if you can’t, please don’t take people clothes and ruin their dress. And tell lies that we can clean it properly I had to wear that dress very next day, and I don’t have any alternate options. if I could I would give them like negative stars, very bad experience. I spent $50 for nothing. And even my event was ruined.

I had a great experience at Stitch It Alterations & Dry Cleaning! I brought in my bar top that needed to be made bigger, and they did an amazing job adding extra material. They even replaced the zipper and added a new clasp since my original one had fallen off. I also had a pair of jeans hemmed because they were too long, and they came out perfect. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Everything was ready in about a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

I will never bring clothing here again. I had two problems: 1. I brought my wedding suit to get hemmed. I was charged for 3 piece suit, when all that they had was suit jacket and pants, no vest. They contacted me and said they would refund the price of the vest when I picked it up. I used a 20% off dry cleaning promo when I dropped my suit off. The total was $23.90. When I arrived, instead of refunding the vest at regular price, minus 20%, she said she would refund the entire suit and just charge me for 2 piece. Weird policy, but ok… the new total came to $23.90. She attempted to charge me the price I was refunded for. When I said that doesn’t make any sense and that they need to apply the promo, she applied 15% off. If they had refunded only the vest, like they said they would, the return to me would have been better. 2. The hemming job on my wedding suit isn’t is terrible. Instead of actually cutting to size, and creating a proper hem they folded it over l, ironed it and placed the hem 3 inches up. Absolutely ridiculous. If you have dry cleaning and or alterations done, go elsewhere.
