I received my grandfather's legacy ring back in 2019 from Texas A&M it is a very sentimental piece. I lost the diamond(Great Grandmothers) in it while doing yardwork. After letting some time pass my wife and I had a consultation with Stone Creek Jewelers. They were extremely professional and recommended various options on how to do my legacy ring justice and represent the present. So my wife's birthstone is in its place and I couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you Stephen,Orlando & the entire staff at Stone Creek I will be recommending y'all!

I will forever recommend Stone Creek to whoever needs a jeweler. Firstly, good or bad experience, I don’t usually leave reviews. It’s not my thing. But I feel the need to give them their flowers. I went in looking for a more personable, familial experience. I didn’t want to go to a big box jewelry store just for them to force feeding me whatever product gets them the biggest commission. I wanted a place that I can build a relationship with. That can cater my and my fiancé’s tastes, but also understand that her and I have never been through the ring buying process before. I knew purchasing the wedding ring, wedding band and my ring was going to be tedious and they made it super easy and straightforward. I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel like they were just upselling products to me. We explained to them what we had in mind and they showed us some samples and we kinda just went in the direction we wanted to. Size, style, color, lab/natural. Just a genuinely nice experience and I couldn’t be more happier with the decision to do business with Stone Creek. Thank yall, again!

I visited Stone Creek Jeweler to have a charm installed on my charm bracelet. I had the same service done here in October for $22.73. When I returned recently for another charm installation, the price was $54.22. The charm was not purchased at this store; I only needed it installed. When I asked about the price increase, I was told, “Do you know how much the cost of silver has gone up? It’s almost tripled.” I found this response passive-aggressive and unprofessional. While I understand that costs can increase, I would have appreciated a clear explanation of pricing before the service was completed and a more respectful interaction. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my previous receipt with me at the time, but I knew the cost had changed significantly. That’s on me for not questioning it before paying. However, the experience left me disappointed, and I won’t be returning. If prices have increased, I recommend seeking a jeweler who is more transparent and customer-focused in how they communicate those changes.
