Joe was wonderful. Fixed my amp in less than a week and even gave me a call the next day to make sure it was working. Thanks Joe!

Everybody must go to Joe. He fixed something very special to me, that even some of the best repair-people in the country could not do. There’s no price I wouldn’t pay for joes quick and professional service.

This gentleman has a behavior problem. Avoid this business. I gave him a part on Friday to fix it and told me be ready on Monday. I call Tuesday and he said it's not ready. I told him please don't repair because a customer don't need to repair it anymor. Just I have to come back for the electronic part case. When arrived in the business he said: "I've already repair" and I said why?, I told you don't do it. Finally I told him, show the electronic part you welded and he show me nothing. He just pushed me against his door and I got bruise. I had to call the police for this attack.

So So extremely helpful. I spoke to many other repair shops and none said they would do it. Stone electronics not only said yes they delivered 200% on what they said they would do. The internal electronics replacements, the power supply repair, the internal chip replacement, the tape deck repair for the forward and revers. Any video recorder or player disc or tape they repair.

Joe is very knowledgeable, with plenty of experince with audio equipment, connections with other repair shops around the country to get rare parts, and with a really fast turn around. He fixed my vintage Pioneer Spec 2 power amplifier in just 10 days, and was very respectful and easy to communicate with. For comparison, some other store "fixed it" 2 years ago, but it started crackling in 6 months, and it completely broke down later and I was lucky didn't set my house on fire. I took it to yet another shop and after 8 weeks and 150 dollars they couldn't fix it. Another place I contacted said it just takes them 2 month to just put it on the bench for diagnostic without any promise of repairs. When I called Joe, he confidently said he can fix it, and he did so in just 10 days! Joe provides a premium service that is very hard to find in this age of lost art of fixing audio equipments, cares about the equipment as his own, and is worth every penny. I highly recommend him

If I could give negative stars, I would. All the way back in June 2022 my projector started color shifting in a way that I couldn’t find any solution for online. Having had a good experience with Stone back in 2013, I decided to make the drive across town. Dropped off my projector for repair and was told what the potential issue was. A month later I was told it was ready for pick up and that it just needed a cleaning. They took me to the back to show me the projector working, albeit with overhead lights on and projected on wood paneled walls. I thought I saw that the issue was still present, but was assured that was just the low quality video that was being displayed. Paid $350 for the repair only to come home and find that the issue was not gone at all. E-mailed them and was told to bring it back in. Dropped it off end of July 2022 and that was the last time I’ve seen it. I since have had to buy a replacement as anytime I call, IF they pick up the phone (rare), I’m always greeted with the same “what projector? Optima? Let me check and I’ll call you back.” You’ll never guess, but they’ve not ONCE called back. So here we are 3 years later and I’ve paid $350 to lose my $2,000 projector. I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt for quite a while, but it is evident that there is zero accountability or respect at this business.
