Had an amazing experience with Sarah. She did a single lobe piercing for me and double lobe for my daughter. So kind and patient and helpful, we are really glad she was our piercer.
I went to get some piercing removals done by Sarah who was SOO lovely and kind and the whole procedure was basically painless! I was so impressed with how speedy and pain free the whole process was and it was really nice just chatting to Sarah throughout the whole thing!I was paranoid that with my case where the backing was embedded into the skin, it would mean a trip to the ER to get it surgically removed, but I owe you my life Sarah tysm!!! 😭😭 and will def be back to Stone Heart when my ears are healed! 1000/10 staff 💕🫶
I came in excited to get my nostrils pierced. The first staff member told me the piercing girl was “on her break” and asked me to come back in half an hour. No problem I actually did. Silly me for thinking that would help. When I returned, another girl asked what I was there for. I explained again, she gave her laptop a dramatic stare, and said there were “no availabilities.” Then suggested I wait… or just come back another day. Because apparently my time is unlimited. At that point it genuinely felt like they were putting real effort into not doing their job. A perfect example of how to make a customer feel unwelcome. The funniest part? I had given this place 5 stars before because their tattoo work was actually good. But thanks to this beautifully unhelpful customer service, that 5 star has officially dropped to a 1.
This was my first time getting a tattoo. I was thinking I had to wait a long time for it to be done since I know tattoo parlours tend to be booked out in advance. But to my surprise I was able to get a session booked in even though I enquired online couple days before. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the vibe feels amazing. Joshua was a friendly and chilling artist and can’t thank him enough for doing my first tattoo. Best experience for a first tattoo. Will definitely be coming back for future tattoos.
First time getting pierced. I'm male, went for both nipples. I was a bit nervous but the place is very clean and reassuring, everyone very kind. I had a pre-consultation with Fabio who answered all my questions thoroughly and was all around fantastic to deal with. He was also my piercer when my appointment came and he was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. For first time piercings I felt very safe and at ease. The piercing was quick and with minimal pain, and he was very considerate in preparing me mentally for it as he was doing it. Overall it was way less painful for me personally than I had dreaded and I'm sure partly because of his skill and knowledge. I believe Fabio is not the only piercer but I only had the pleasure of engaging with Fabio. I definitely recommend Stone Heart, especially if it is one's first piercing as they are very thorough on all matters of safety, health, etc. Would give 6 stars if I could.
