This store doesn’t pester you in order to make a sale, however sales agent Dean did a great job ensuring we had all relevant information regarding care and upkeep of several products. Selection was excellent with great prices. Ended up purchasing a sofa and love seat which was delivered a week later. Delivery guys were professional, courteous and polite. Would recommend Stoney CreekFurniture in a heartbeat!

Came in looking for a couch for our living space as our current couch was so uncomfortable. Catherine let us know what was happening and gave us some suggestions and let us take our time to look and decide without being pushy. We appreciate the time spent we ended deciding on a nice couch after alot of testing in store. Thanks 👍 we are very excited to get our new couch 😊

Had a great experience today at Stoney Creek Furniture! Everything in the store was gorgeous and reasonably priced. My partner and I worked with Dean today to buy a new sectional and I was happy with the experience. Dean explained everything to us and got us the best deal possible. The only reason I’m giving four stars is because I haven’t seen my couch in my house yet! Highly recommend!!

I had an outstanding experience at the Stoney Creek location thanks to two amazing team members. First, I want to recognize Dean, our sales associate. From the moment we walked in, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us. He took the time to understand our situation, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and it’s rare to find someone who gives that level of personalized service. After that, Manager Cheryl stepped in to assist as well, and she went even further to resolve our issue. She was incredibly supportive, understanding, and took immediate action to make sure everything was handled properly. Cheryl showed exceptional leadership and made us feel valued as customers. Her willingness to help and her calm, respectful approach made a huge difference. Both Dean and Cheryl went above and beyond for us, and we are truly grateful for their extra effort. Because of their amazing service, I would highly recommend the Stoney Creek location to anyone.
