We first met josh at a dinner with our friends he seemed very knowledgeable but more so he was more interested in letting us know that he was a fiduciary and interested in what our goals were rather than trying to sell just any product to accomplish a sales goal. The appointments were made and we discussed our situation and found as I suspicioned that we could have done better with my ira and 401 k so josh found us a well performing much safer investment with less fees with which we are very happy. Upon meeting during the COVID 19 pandemic, the office was extremely clean and we were the only ones present during our appointment time so josh gave us his full attention and asked enough questions to thoroughly understand what we wanted and needed. Having worked with several other financial advisors through the years I can honestly say that I highly recommend strategic. Wealth investments and specifically josh smith for those near the Lexington office. His coworkers that we dealt with were also accommodating as well. Great experience and good financial tools and investments!

Since we did research and decided to move our retirement portfolio to Strategic Wealth Designers, we couldn't be happier. From our first meeting with Matt, he gave us the confidence that we were making the right decision. He made my wife feel very comfortable in speaking about what our options were and what we would receive in return for going with his company. He explained things in a manner that she could better understand and she appreciated it. Even with all the issues surrounding the pandemic, we kept our faith in SWD and it has paid off. Although we did experience some loss at first, it was not very much and with the rebound that has already taken place we have covered it. This translates, at least in my opinion to the fact that SWD always has MY interests in mind and acted accordingly. I have recommended SWD to many of my friends and they are finally coming around to my point of view.
