I started with Strive Fitness 3 months ago as the owner is a mate. With the mates discount, it was a fantastic deal. In the past 3 months, I’ve lost 20 kilos fat and gained some muscle. I started to feel 15 years younger. I don’t get tired anymore and my mood is a lot more positive. I don’t stress over small issues. Turned my life around in three months. Great decision. I have been working with Kenan (the PT) since late July last year. Absolutely fantastic. Revitalized my fitness goals and inspired me to pursue a healthier lifestyle. He is friendly and easy-going, yet will hold you accountable if you don't do your workouts! For me, that was exactly the kind of PT that I was looking for. My running has improved by leaps and bounds and from July 2022 to April 2023, I have gone from a 32 min 5k runner to 22 min, all from a weekly mileage of 15-25km, thanks to his workouts and instilling discipline. 10/10 recommendation.
