Not beginner friendly. Bought their trial pass and booked into a few lessons. Arrived early as per instructions, and the instructor told me just to take a seat on one of the rowformers. The workout was very fast paced, no one was there to help me out when I was struggling to use the equipment. The lady on the rowformer next to me was nice enough to quickly show me how it was done and what buttons I needed to press. The work out itself was good, but then I woke up the next morning to a $15 charge on my card saying I was a “no show”?!? Hard pass. Will not be returning with friends.
I’ve attended 122 classes at Strong Braddon and genuinely love this place. The trainers put in so much effort, and even small gestures like remembering your name and giving you cudos l during a workout, make a huge difference and give you that extra push to keep going. They’ve also been incredibly flexible with my membership through different life situations, which I really appreciate (have small kids). I recently joined their run club, and I love how they continue to come up with new initiatives to get members involved. Highly recommend.
The studio is beautifully clean and modern, and the classes are a perfect mix of challenging and rewarding. The instructors are fantastic—super knowledgeable and motivating. Definitely felt the burn in the best way! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a strong, effective workout.
I’ve had nothing but an amazing experience as a member of Strong Braddon! The team is so lovely and welcoming, and the classes are just as challenging as they are fun. Keep up the great work ladies, you’re doing an awesome job ⭐️
The best combination of cardio + strength exercises instructed by the loveliest and most energetic team members. I’ve been going for almost 2 years now and am in the best shape ever! I love that they focus of different body parts each day which switches things up and keeps things exciting!
