Monica is absolutely delightful and an incredible teacher! Believe me, I never thought I could paint anything and through her no-stress proven methods of teaching, I have created pieces that still surprise me. She offers a variety of fun classes; all offer a creative outlet. Don't worry about feeling intimidated as Monica and her studio space are especially inviting. Even if you are just curious, it is worth a try!

Monica was incredibly helpful and easy going from the very beginning. We wanted a kids painting party, and she delivered above and beyond what we expected. Each child received their canvas packaged in a gift bag with tissue paper. If you're looking for an intimate location and a pleasant host, Studio 127 is the obvious choice.

Another wonderful experience taking one of Monica's classes. I have done both Art Journaling and now fall flower arranging. She is such a lovely person and so talented. I thoroughly enjoyed the classes and felt a tiny bloom of creativity getting nurtured when I didn't think I had any!

My boyfriend and I were looking for things to do in Huntsville and stumbled across a painting activity/class hosted by Monica. We had so much fun creating a mixed media painting together! Monica is so sweet, helpful and encouraging, and her own art is a delight to see as well. It doesn't matter if you have all the painting experience or none at all. Would love to attend another event of hers!
