Worst experience ever she wouldn’t answer her phone and didn’t have anything done. She Came late and was in her phone the whole time didn’t explain anything and just left
Horrible experience! We had an event from 12-4 and was told we can start putting our center pieces for the tables at 11. Got there at 11:20 and the place wasn't even ready for us. They were still washing the tables clothes and putting up balloons. We waited till maybe 11:40 so we can start putting our center pieces and our dessert table. Then to finish it off the owner was RUDE.. walked by us without acknowledge us. We mentioned to her that we only had 20 mins to get ready and she pretty much laughed in our face. AND STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK US FOR MORE MONEY WHEN WE HAD PAID IN FULL. Luckily we had a contract for proof. NEVER AGAIN
Horrible experience with them. The table cloths were dirty & not washed at all. They were ripped super unprofessional they never answered messages but would reply back to back when it came to money. We didn’t even receive a discount for the camera that came with the package. We were never able to even take one single picture. This place is honestly horrible It’s dirty the bouncy houses are old and ripped… They had cleaning tools in front of the bathroom. It looked very dirty. The walls are bad. This place is literally a horrible place. It’s cheap as hell & now I see why. Don’t waste your money here
It is a big place for piñata when they put the bouncers for boys and girls. Parents can sit on tables and have peace for a while. When it's a prom event they only put tables and chairs around the place so we have a spacious center to dance.
My kids and their friends had a awesome time everyone like it kept on telling me it was a great deal for the price I would definitely want to have another party here
