This was my first time at this location and I loved every minute of it. My sugarist was Averi. She is so easy to talk to and she did an amazing job on my Brazilian. I had a C-section birth a few months ago and was super nervous about getting the hair removed over my scar. She was very informative and patient with me. I’m a yapper too lol so it was nice to be able to have a fun conversation while receiving a service. Felt like I was talking to my best friend! I highly recommend her to anyone coming to this location!!
It’s been a minute since I’ve had a Brazilian but Danielle W. was very sweet and knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to and made the experience as painless as possible. Will definitely be coming back to her again!!
I visited Sugaring NYC for a Brazilian organic sugar wax and was extremely disappointed. I've had this service before at a location in Munster, Indiana, and that experience was far more comfortable. Unfortunately, this visit did not measure up. My appointment was booked for 25 minutes, but the service was rushed and wrapped up in just 15–20 minutes. Natalie, the technician, moved so quickly through the process that it felt careless and painful. For a treatment that requires precision and sensitivity, this approach was unacceptable. I chose Sugaring NYC expecting a high standard of care and professionalism, especially given their branding around organic and gentle waxing. This visit did not reflect that promise. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that technicians are trained to prioritize client comfort and proper expectations for future service.
I’ve been twice so far both times with Karen and she makes the experience so comfortable! It was my first time ever getting a brazilian and she made me feel so much less nervous about it, and she definitely made me want to come back. the results were amazing and I had no hair for about 3 weeks!
Today I went to get my underarms and legs sugared, as well as a Brazilian with a V-jacaial. My Aesthetician named Averi, was an amazing service provider! She was very kind, knowledgeable, and always checked on me during the whole proceesss.
