My experience with Sullivan was excellent! I had a humidifier unit added to my furnace. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would highly recommend Sullivan and will certainly be calling them for future HVAC needs!
I would like to commend Jerry for his outstanding work and professionalism. He is extremely knowledgeable, clearly takes pride in his craft, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I also want to recognize Christine, who consistently goes above and beyond with scheduling and communication. When she says she will call back, she truly does; a level of reliability that is greatly appreciated. I would confidently recommend Sullivan Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of HVAC services. Their team is dependable, professional, and attentive, and they will absolutely have our business whenever we need adjustments or repairs for our home.
Woke up to cold shower this morning. Called Sullivan and had immediate response. Jerry evaluated the situation and in a few hours Marie and tech were here to install a new Bradford White hot water heater.... made in the USA was a bonus!! Excellent service, professional and personable while getting the job done. Cannot thank them enough for being there for us.
Very accommodating company. When I called to make a service request, Christine was not in the office but promised to call me back as soon as she got in. She returned the call within an hour and easily scheduled an appointment at my convenience, explaining the process and charges. The day before, I received notice of an approximate arrival time. The day of, I received a call saying Jerry was on the way. It was earlier than expected and Christine said she could have Jerry go to another call and come later. When she called back, she kindly asked if I needed more time. Jerry arrived shortly after. He was able to quickly determine our problem and the solution. He did not try to sell us anything we didn't need, but he did express his concerns and recommendations. Although our thermostat was the problem, we decided to replace our 40+ year-old furnace. Jerry presented 2 options, and actually recommended the less expensive one based on our home's age and design. Also, for the thermostat, we are entitled to a rebate and Jerry filled out most of the paperwork and made sure I knew how to submit it. This is a family-owned and operated business and I would definitely recommend them. The price includes the service call charge and a smart wi-fi thermostat which I had been wanting for some time.
First thing to notice reader... ONLY 5 STAR REVIEWS on Google. That's a rare thing and well deserved by this company. I have used Sullivan for years. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Service, from scheduling to arrivals to great work to follow-up, is always professional and on time. They started with service and repair for my 2 old furnaces, explained options but never pushed me to buy new. Two years ago, I bought 2 new furnaces and AC units. Great equipment, great price. The latest was moving the AC units off the house and back on again due to structural repairs to my home. It was hair-raising for me, no big deal for them. Always there when I need them, always reasonable solutions or costs, always great service. Thanks, Sullivan.
