Brought my bike in for tune up. The staff quickly suggested what works needed to be done and quoted the price. My bike was ready when promised and I'm happy with the results. Price wise it was like servicing my car. But all other nearby bike shops ask for similar amounts.
I’ve had several bikes (mountain and electric) serviced at Summit LG…. consistently a great experience. Easy to book online, always ready on time. Staff is friendly and approachable. Customer Service can be a lost art, not here. Thx Summit LG!
Extremely helpful. Had been dropped off looking to hit the trails on my rental MTB, (not rented from summit). Noticed that the cam lever for the front wheel wasn't locking tight. Asked the guy if he could help and very quickly he sorted out the problem. Small Allen key inside the lever needed adjusting. All done with a smile. Also I did note there is a tool stand outside the shop which had upto and 8mm Allen key and possibly 10mm.. Didn't buy anything but he treated me like a paying customer. Top drawer.
I came here three separate times to try on bikes before I finally bought a Trek Roscoe. The staff were all super helpful, especially Ethan, who fielded my numerous in-person and email questions over the course of several weeks until I finally made a decision. I never felt rushed and the staff helped me find the best bike for my riding style, for a great deal to boot. Afterwards, Ethan even helped recommend several great local trails! Great service, great bike selection, highly recommend.
I had emailed the shop earlier in the week, as I was looking for bike rental near trails as I didn't have a car. They responded with some good advice. The location in Los Gatos is perfect because you can leave the shop and basically get straight out towards Lexington Reservoir. Staff were super helpful and patient when I had some user error problems with the ebike (my first time riding one, and I was thankful for the recommendation with the amount of climbing). Had a good day riding, really glad I made the journey out there!
