I was a first-time customer. The whole process was terrifically easy, and I was able to speak to a real (and very friendly) human being while I dropped everything off and had a question. I got a button replaced on a coat and got a comforter cleaned. Both were accomplished quickly and efficiently.

No prices online. Dropped off 1 pants, 1 blazer, 2 vest, 6 blouses and cost $91. Go to $2.39 cleaners up the street. 5 blouses for $16. I do not recommend this place.

It is so easy to drop off and pick up. My husbands white dress shirt was perfect. Like everything else their price had gone up I think $4.54 is a lot of money for one shirt.

Haven't needed a dry cleaners in well over 10+ years. I went to Sun Country Cleaners, since it was were I "use" to go. I was surprised to see that it is automated. Personally that is a UCK. I rather just hand over 2 shirts, you give me a ticket and I am on my way. NOPE, I need to create a account, put my shirts in a bag, etc. Then I get a text about my drop off, then I receive a text my items were ready for pick up. again automated pick up and payment. Not a fan of this, not against automation, but really? I was dropping the shirts off for my 83 yr old step dad, thank goodness it was was me. What does one do if they do not have a cell phone, as my step father doesn't. I am sure this is extremely convenient for most, but there are still those out there that rather just drop and get a ticket more efficient / simply. I personally have a large comforter I need to get cleaned, I will look for a place I can speak and be taken care of with at real person.

I have been there several times having my son’s uniforms clean and tailored and he station in Japan now. Nevertheless, I need my new pants tailored and they are doing a great job. I drive extra miles to their business and it’s worth it. These workers are senior citizen but they go that extra miles for their clients. God bless, Robert.
