This is the first review I have ever written in my life, and I’m writing it because I don’t want other customers to fall into the same trap. The sales representative, Dwayne, gave us a clear price range and explicitly stated that the final cost would not exceed the higher end of that range unless we increased the inventory. We did not add or change anything from what was originally discussed. Despite sticking exactly to what was declared, the final bill was almost double the highest end of the quoted range. When we questioned this, the company blamed the increase on disassembly and assembly, even though we were clearly told during booking that these services were part of the contract. To make matters worse, TV mounting at the new home was never disclosed as an exclusion. We only found out after the move that the TVs would not be mounted back, which felt like another critical detail conveniently left out during the sales process. The entire experience was extremely upsetting and felt misleading and dishonest. Please be very careful with this company and do not rely on verbal assurances. Get everything in writing—pricing limits, inclusions, exclusions, and what exactly is considered “extra.” I regret using this company and would not recommend them.
Ethan and Adam helped us move out of our second level apartment. Many of our furniture was quite heavy and they made sure to pack everything securely and efficiently! Very professional and I highly recommend to use them for moving!
Jeff & Dakota were Excellent! They both were Safe, Efficient, Conscientious and Very Good Communicators!! In the future I will have nothing but good remarks on Sunrise Moving & especially on Jeff & Dakota because they did a fantastic job on our move!!! Sincerely, one overly satisfied customer! Jim P.
Michael, Eric, and Lance were THE BEST! They helped me move into my new home, and they did everything I needed with such a positive attitude. No scuffs on the wall, no broken items. They were hardworking, respectful and very handsome. Would recommend!
Michael’s crew was awesome. All the guys were awesome - Chaz, Jacob and Ben. And Jeff’s crew 2 days ago with same 3 was awesome too!
