DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Place used to be great but they completely changed the machines very recently. Really bad service too, they won’t say hi to you even if you greet them with a smile. Today was the last straw. As someone that is considered more skilled than most at the claw, i can see the differences in the machines. I can’t say the same for the second location, will update on that soon.

This place is a scam, stay away! Got a deal on Groupon so thought it would be good value for the money but that was definitely not the case here. -Claw machines filled with lame plushies, all the good ones are behind the counter and you need to trade in at least 6 to get anything good, which seems a little ridiculous to me. -Claws are weak and drop plushies no matter what you do. Spent around 24 tokens to win 1 small keychain and it was a generic one, nothing you would recognize like any of the Sanrio characters. -Most of the machines are 2 tokens, they have a few for 1 token but the plushies inside are generic characters nobody wants. -Had about 20 machines, about 4 or 5 of them were empty with nothing inside. Spent 50 tokens in about 25 minutes, you are better off going to a plushy store at the mall and actually getting what you want for the money. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, you've been warned.

We visited during Thanksgiving break and my kids had a lot of fun here. The claw machines were easy to play and they won many dolls. Thanks to the lady who helped us — she was very kind. My little son was so happy when he traded all of his small dolls for a big ramen doll. This place is great for families.
