I love this car wash! I went for the first time a few days ago and had such a great experience. Kaya was the employee who helped me. She explained everything and created a very welcoming atmosphere. I’ve recommended this wash to everyone I know thanks to her! Awesome job

I absolutely love this car wash it's better than others that are in town. Both times I've used it my car is super clean. On my visit today Mario provided awesome customer service as well, thank you!!

I live very close to this car wash, so when they were in the building process and they announced $19.99 per month (or similar) memberships as their start-up special, I took the bait. I was told that because this was a start-up special, this rate would not go up like other introductory rates often do. Fast forward a year or so later, and that was not the case. I saw my automatically deducted expense rise to the current rate. So I cancelled. Now every time either my husband or I frequent this car wash, we are given a high pressure speech on why we should sign up for a monthly membership. We normally just politely decline (multiple times) and carry on, but last weekend I had grown tired when they promised me that their $19.99 intro rate would "never go up". So I explained my story and politely declined. The man working the gate literally rolled his eyes at me and said "Fine, suit yourself". That was the last time I will be going to Super Star Car Wash on Oracle and Orange Grove. If the broken equipment, and no available towels weren't already enough of a reason, their condescending and horrible customer service is.

Came on Saturday 8/30/25. WOULD OF HAVE 4 STARTS-BUT... The customer service was great I love that you can come and use the vacuums and they have supplies like glass cleaner towels air fresheners and dash wipes that you can use for free and have for free every time you come. The only thing I didn't like is that the attendant, a girl wearing a sun hat, was busy talking to another worker and she just half ass sprayed the soap on my front window and sent me off. She didn't push in my side mirrors or take off my antenna that unscrews and my side mirror almost broke off. They also don't have anyone to dry off the car at the end so at 9 months pregnant I had to get back out and dry it off myself. It could be a great car wash with little improvements and probably better training.

Kind of disappointed. I don't have a membership which is obviously something that they're big on. I don't get to this part of town that often but they're convenient when I do need to get my car washed and I'm in the area. The problem is that on this last occasion when I washed the car, I didn't stop and vacuum it out and wipe everything down and check to make sure that the car was clean. Later on when I was running errands I realized that the passenger side wasn't that clean. As I was heading home for the day I decided to stop back which was about an hour and a half later and they said that there was nothing they could do because I no longer had my receipt. I did show them the credit card transaction but that didn't help. Unfortunately they lost a repeat customer now.
