We went in for a quick car wash. Then we got stuck in the car wash because the door wouldn’t open. A few minutes later after lots of complaining and yelling, they turned back on the rollers and we crashed into the door. We had 2 kids in the car. Absolutely unbelievable. They shut down the whole car wash, and we reversed all the way out. We parked in a parking spot. We went out to talk to this old man who was working there and he put his hands on my mother’s shoulders. That was unacceptable of him to touch us. It made everyone uncomfortable. We don’t recommend this place. The manager didn’t even show up before we left. We were on a road trip and wanted to get a car wash real quick. Our cars damage includes a few scratches and our bumper is a little messed up.
Chase Javen and the whole crew really take care to make sure everything goes smoothly here. I drive for uber and come in daily. Only had one issue after I got new tires and they went above and beyond to help me diagnose the problem based on camera footage. Definitely recommend.
So far this has been the best car wash in COS! Cam gave me white glove treatment and made sure I’d be coming back for my next super clean. There’s wet towels at vacuum and everything you need to treat your car to a spa day. Loved it!
Chris snd Miquah was kind and even though it was closing time ,; he helped me . I had a bad accident in 2021 that left me with a weak left arm! Thsnk you Mr.Chris for your kindness ! I had everything I needed to clean my new car!!!!!May God bless you & yours ! And also the young lafy figilgent vclraning vavuums ecyt !!!! Ty.
Save Your Money do not use! So yesterday I went in after work and bought the best wash they offer. I live by the airport so it is a bit far away. So after I left I noticed that it didn’t even get the windshield of my truck clean. So when I got home I looked at the rest of my truck and it was still filthy! So I figured that they would back there product so I went in and showed my receipt and the guy says wait I have to check with the manager. The manager comes out and says that he can only run me through the lowest wash not the one I paid for. He told me that I could have gone anywhere to get it dirty in 24 hours, so first of all that was a big problem for me that he was telling me I was there just trying to get a free car wash. So that tells me they aren’t using the products they claim because a ceramic spray should keep your car clean for several days! All I wanted was what I paid 24 bucks for which was a clean vehicle!! They don’t even honor military in a military town as well! Find a different car wash this place is not the answer if they don’t back what they sell!!!!
