I have been going to Super Star for almost a year & I’ve been very happy. The only thing that I wish they had were the machines to wash plastic mats. Huge shout outs to Mike, Mason & Jay! They have ALL been VERY helpful with GREAT customer service skills.
✨ MAGIC is in the air at super star. a whimsical young lady gave me quite the delight today! MAGIC MAYSEN 🪄 had the most friendly smile and made me feel so very warm and welcome! the giddiness i feel in her presence is immense and she has such grace and precision in tunnel loading. i hear her say “neutral, no brake!” in my dreams. and wow to top it off she has a true american race car, such a huge car fan you have to ask about her speedy machine! 🇺🇸 🌭 ✨ #SUPERSTARFOREVER #MAGICMAYSEN forever yours sincerely, your beloved customer 👨🏻🦳
08/03/25 Update: Unfortunately I have to remove a star because I believe in integrity. Despite someone from the company reaching out to my review (and my taking them up on their offer) I have only received 5 copy/pasted identical emails saying "they're looking into the matter." It has pretty much been a month of being strung along with no action. I have tried reaching out a couple of times to no avail. Whether or not this is intentional, I find it very disappointing that there is a clear disconnect between their public facing situation (responding to reviews) vs how they actually treat customers (not actually executing on following up). ----- We got the mid-tier option and came away disappointed. Most of the car was cleaned decently, but the wash seemed to struggle with bug splatter, something a Crew carwash has always been able to handle. It did clean the car, but our windshield is still covered in bug guts. It is hard to see in photos, but you get the idea. I was also a bit taken aback by the fairly intense selling I was getting, when all I wanted was a single car wash. The sole reason they get a second star is because they offer free use of their equipment on their lot - vacuums, air, etc., which is pretty great. But unfortunately I paid for a car wash and it felt more like my car went through a heavy rain.
Oh my goodness!!!! The most incredible experience ever for a car wash! Great wash, towels, blowers, dash wipes, car scents and the most amazing customer service EVER! Thank you Shy for your phenomenal attention to your customers! 💟
