Had a leaky faucet by the tub that was serviced by Dylan Abela of Superior Plumbing. He set expectations on whats going to happen in order to fix the problem. After checking and dismantling the handle, he identified the issue was and needed, which is a new Delta cartridge, which he already has in his truck. He managed to remove the cartridge with some difficulty as the old cartridge broke when he was trying to get it out. It took a little wd40 and some drilling, but as soon as it was out, putting in the new cartridge was easy. I highly recommend Dylan as he did such a good job in fixing this issue in a clear and timely matter. 2/12/26 estimated time start: 12pm estimated time end: 12:30pm
Dylan was outstanding. He had strong knowledge of the situation and handled everything in a professional, fast, and efficient manner. We really appreciated his help.
The guy didn’t know what he was doing. Disconnected the plumbing under the sink to replace an outdoor faucet. He didn’t reconnect the plumbing under the sink correctly which caused a major leak. I called back same day to report the leak. I was told the guy would get back to me. No contact. Meanwhile my water was off. Called again 2 days later and was told the same story. I finally figured out that the guy hadn’t tightened the line all the way. Will never use them again.
Worked with Mike on the drain clogging issue. Mike was very quick to diagnose the issue and provide a straightforward assessment and mitigation plan. No long winded explanations or side tracking arguments. He provided a reasonable estimate. And was able to fix the clogging issue at its root in a quick turn around time. Overall glad to work with him and will continue to use Superior plumbing team for future issues.
Great service. Andy was extremely helpful. He explained everything in detail, showed pictures before and after and went above and beyond the whole time. This is my second time using Superior Plumbing for large emergency type work and both times their guys have come through and done great work.
