My name is George This company has got to be the far worst, liars, two face, and they don’t care about your property when they move it, when they store it, or when they damage your house when they move the property out of your house. To name a few of my items broken, I had my great uncles and my father’s military flag, which was professionally cased glass and box broken. Both were wrapped. My extra large dog kennel. I had many, many vacuum seal bags that were ripped open, and my clothes were thrown all over the storage container. I also had two high caliber pistols that were taken out of their cases in my home by the movers and stolen, these were valued at $1,900. I had a large subwoofer and speaker taken which were valued at $1,800. There were more than what I put here. I reported it to the police. I was also told by Superman that I was going to be put in a warm storage and I was put in a cold storage container. I found this out when I went to get my key to the container after the second move. She said that I wouldn’t have to pay for the storage since it was their fault but they charged me anyway. They charged me for a full month when I was only there for10 days. Now they won’t return my calls. I moved to a heated place, Publix storage in Eagle River where they took care of me. Superman moving has charged me over $3000. Don’t use this company for anything. Needed a heavy treadmill brought upstairs. With a corner in our stairwell, these strong men got it upstairs without a problem. Not one ding, or scrap of my walls. They were very prompt with scheduling, fair price for the job and excellent service.
When I had to relocate a heavy piece of furniture with only a day's notice, this moving company saved the day. Their crew was incredibly responsive, showing up promptly and tackling the job with expertise and zero fuss. The whole process was quick, stress-free, and way more affordable than I expected. If you need reliable movers who can handle big items under time pressure, these guys are top-notch!
Do not trust this company with your move especially if you have irreplaceable personal items or care about your things at all because they just throw things into their boxes and things come back not in the condition they were packed in and in some cases unable to be fixed pictures here are just two of the things going on, I’m not even done unpacking. This cross was handmade by my grandfather and I told them explicitly multiple multiple times it needed to be handled with Care and this is how it came back to me.
I trusted them with every single item I owned and they destroyed it all AND my new home. Left me with 65K worth of damage. With each item they broke, they swore their insurance would cover it and they’d help me. I fought with the claims department for 8 months asking for only a small portion of the lost value and they offered me $250. I took it all the way to the top and they said it was my own fault for not submitting a personal renter’s insurance claim 8 months ago. Highly recommend if you’d like to start your new life in shambles. (Bonus: your boxes and clothes will show up smelling like cigarette smoke, too!)
