At this point the reason it's getting 1 star at least is because our sales rep Marcel was and has been amazing as he has tried to help with the nightmare of delivering the correct furniture that we ordered. Hopefully, he gets somewhere where he can represent a team that actually cares because as of today I get a phone call of delivery and again the piece of furniture we have been waiting for is NOT on their truck which I was told yesterday it would also be delivered. What's even more interesting is that I already received my bill before receiving all my order and the correct mattress we bought. Save yourself the trouble, unless you want to waste time on bad customer service from their warehouse/delivery department. Again, Marcel I hope you find somewhere you can represent with your wonderful customer service.

They made the entire process smooth from start to finish and got me financed quickly with no hassle at all. Exceptional customer service and a team that truly takes care of you, highly recommend!
Definitely recommend!! I had a great experience with Ali he was a great sales rep. I almost bought the whole store but I had to control myself cause I got other bills! Haha
This is my second time purchasing a couch from here. I came in having no idea with what I wanted. Ali was amazing in helping me pick out everything from the color to the pillows. He even looked at the pictures of my living room to ensure that I would be happy with the couch. I’m so glad I came in today and will get the couch in only a couple weeks even after customizing it!
Went in today and was quickly assisted by Yvonne. She was patient and friendly. These 4 stars are simply for Yvonne’s great customer service. As for the store itself, the sales manager proposed a significantly higher quote than we expected, almost tripled the amount we were quoted at another supernova location. Even after trying to explain to him that another Supernova location quoted us a much lower price, he repeatedly stated there’s no way. All in all, this rating is only to give recognition to Yvonne’s impeccable customer service and dedication to our needs.
