I first met Ana Rubio years ago when she worked at the preschool my kids attended. Even back then, she was absolutely amazing warm, attentive, and left a lasting impression on our entire family. So when I saw her again as our wedding coordinator, I was genuinely excited. It felt like reconnecting with someone who had already earned our trust. Ana was everything we needed and more. She was informative, friendly, and approachable, making everyone especially the bride feel completely at ease. She answered every question with clarity and patience, ensuring that each person involved knew exactly what to do. Her calm presence and expert coordination made the entire process feel effortless. The rehearsal ran smoothly, and the reception was beautiful no unexpected surprises, just a perfectly executed celebration. My planner Anna Rubio was fantastic! She was extremely customer focused, pleasant to work with and flexible with my needs. I changed my mine a lot with my decors and other things and she was very patient with me. Top tier customer service. I got married there on 11.1.25 at their North Villa hall and this venue is so beautiful. My friends and family absolutely love the place and the view. Also the food was excellent! Please tell the chef we all enjoyed our meals! Thank you. We will add more pics later. Anna thank you so much for all you did to bring my dream wedding to life! You rocked it.
As the groom of the wedding this past weekend I could not be more thrilled with the experience we had at Superstition Manor. Great venue and staff all led my the AMAZING Anna Rubio. Anna, Florence and I cannot thank you enough for continuing to go above and beyond, stretching your creativity to match our imagination. From the first time we walked through the doors of Superstition Manor we knew it had to be the place to host our wedding. The North Villa view is absolutely breathtaking. Anna was always available to me and the bride to exchange ideas, planning, questions and the occasional venting. Day of the wedding Anna let the team paying attention to every detail. Thank you Superstition Manor and Anna for all the memories.
We had our wedding at this venue and it was absolutely perfect! Our coordinator, Kelsey, was truly amazing. We had to move up our wedding on short notice due to a family health situation, and the whole team went above and beyond to make everything come together smoothly. She was so kind, understanding, and helpful through the entire process. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator or a more beautiful venue. We’re so thankful for everything Kelsey and the team did to make our day so special! 💕
This wedding venue is an absolute dream! We just got married on August 1st and we couldn't have asked for more! From our first tour, stepping foot into the venue, planning, communicating with anna who is the absolute best, to our rehearsal and of course our big day! Everything was exactly how we imagined and even more! The food was incredible! The staff is so generous and helpful! If you are looking for the perfect venue look no further because you have found it! I could not recommend superstition manor more!!
