We had an issue with our PC not booting after a spill. Despite it being the holidays, they were able to help diagnose the problem, pinpoint the damaged parts, and give us a nice deal on a replacement for the damaged GPU. They even cleaned out the case. The PC is functioning and looking amazing now!

I built my first PC and after playing serval games I would get constant crashes which caused me extreme frustration. The issue was difficult to track down and after help from others with no fix I contacted Mike for some help. Mike fixed the crashes and he notified me of everything throughout the process. Did an amazing job finishing up the build process on my gaming pc. I watched many YouTube videos trying to figure out how to build a pc.
