DO NOT GO HERE - Unprofessional, Hostile, and Appalling Service I walked into this shop hoping for a routine car service and left feeling shocked and insulted. My experience was so profoundly negative that I feel compelled to warn others to stay far away. From the moment I interacted with the owner, something was off. He seemed distracted, possibly under the influence, and had a dismissive, negative attitude that was immediately unsettling. This is not the demeanor you want from someone entrusted with your vehicle. The situation turned from unprofessional to outright hostile when I, sensing the complete lack of professionalism, decided to take my business elsewhere. Upon politely stating I would not be going forward with the service, the owner began SWEARING AT ME. Let that sink in: a business owner verbally abused a potential customer for simply choosing to leave. This behavior is completely unacceptable on every level. It demonstrates a stunning lack of basic customer service, business acumen, and human decency. If this is how they treat someone before any service is done, I shudder to think how they handle disputes or problems after taking your money. Save yourself the stress and danger. A mechanic's shop requires trust—trust in their skill, their honesty, and their professionalism. This establishment has ZERO of those qualities. The owner's conduct was a massive red flag. Do not let your car, your money, or your well-being near this place. There are plenty of honest, professional shops that won't scream obscenities at you. Go to one of them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Just got some work done on my mercedes by Abdul and the crew. He fit me in his schedule and always does great work. Car drives much smoother now! Highly recommend these folks for any of your car needs!
