Marcus and Jerry are the best. They have been treating my apartment quickly and efficiently! And they are just pleasures to be around.
Sure Thing was trustworthy, fast, and knowledgeable. Our plumber identified signs of termite damage so we called another pest control firm to inspect. They quoted us $1,500 to fix it with additional annual work with an annual fee. We wanted a second opinion so we reached out to Sure Thing as we've seen their trucks and have neighbors who have used them. They identified that the termite damage was old (prior to when we bought the house) and was already remedied properly. They showed us where the drill marks were located in the basement, garage, and sidewalks and were able to explain how the issue was resolved. They ultimately saved us thousands of dollars and I would recommend them for any pest control issues.
Sure Thing is the only pest control company I have ever used when living in Mason. We downsized and moved to a ranch with a pool. On 8/5 I called and Tammy answered and I explained I had them scheduled for the 16th, but our pool ladder broke on 7/31 and when my husband and son were installing the new one on 8/4, bees came from everywhere out of the pool posts. Tammy first told me they were completely booked for the week, but worked some crazy magic and sent me Joel Rodriguez out first thing in the am on 8/7. He is pictured for his customer service skills were outstanding and he was extremely detailed in explaining what he would look for, how to take care of it and what to look for afterwards. Upon completion, he informed me we also had yellow jackets and European Wasps. I asked if their passports were current? He went right along and said "They no longer need their passports!" Sure Thing Pest Control is the only company we will use for all our pest needs. They are great at what they do, but their customer service is amazing good. Regardless, of who I have worked with, they are always outstanding. Thank you Sure Thing for the exceptional customer service and technicians. UPDATE: Had to call my favorite pest control company again. Tara was wonderful on the phone. Very professional, friendly and gets you in quick. Matt and Dallas (new photo) went right to work and gave some wonderful advice. They were efficient and very professional and are great with humor. Until I need them again, best Pest Control in Tri-State area. Thanks again!

Out tech Marcus was really awesome—on time, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He happily explained the 'whats and whys' of the service, and was very thorough. I'd absolutely recommend this company's services. Thanks everyone!
NO USE ESTA EMPRESA. El dueño Glen envió a su hijo (Corbin) para hacer nuestro tratamiento contra termitas en abril de 2018. Mientras estuvo en nuestra casa, su hijo perforó agujeros a través de nuestra entrada frontal de concreto y del drywall del techo de nuestro sótano. Esto permitió que el agua se filtrara en nuestro sótano. Glen envió a alguien a nuestra casa 4 veces para "parchar" el agujero. Nos aseguraron cada vez que no volvería a filtrarse. Bueno, adivinen qué, sí lo hizo. Después de que esta empresa manchó nuestra casa y permitió la entrada de agua, Glen no pudo conseguir que un profesional de concreto viniera a hacer una reparación adecuada. Su sugerencia fue que presentara una reclamación a través de su compañía de seguros, lo cual hizo. La compañía de seguros está dispuesta a pagar la reparación del drywall, pero nada con la fuente de la filtración desde el agujero hecho en nuestros escalones. Estos agujeros siguen filtrando hoy. Llamé a Glen hoy y él procedió a mentir y ahora me dice que los escalones tenían problemas antes de que su hijo les perforara agujeros. No podía creer lo que estaba oyendo. Me dijo que no me ayudaría a reparar correctamente mis escalones y que un ingeniero diría que ya había problemas. Les aseguro que esta casa no tenía problemas de filtración antes de este tratamiento. La compramos en mayo de 2017 y se realizó una inspección exhaustiva. Ahora estoy aquí llorando, ya que he sido paciente y he estado trabajando con Sure Thing en esto desde abril. Ahora, por alguna razón han decidido mentir y negar los daños que causaron. Desafortunadamente, ahora tendré que buscar un abogado. No estoy seguro de qué más hacer.
