This is such a fun and safe place to take your kids. It absorbs every ounce of hyper you can imagine and some you can't. It's great seeing a huge grin on an exhausted body, lol!

Today I went to surge and while the prices are reasonable, the quality and service did not reach expectations. Once I arrived, the worker at the front desk was not attentive or welcoming. Many things were closed and broken and workers did not pay one bit of attention to anything. The restrooms were also poorly managed. Floors were extremely sticky, toilets were nasty. Lastly, before I left, the worker at the drink station was extremely rude. As much as I used to enjoy this place, I will not be returning. It has went downhill.

my boys had a good time at Blakes bday and the price was good especially because they were tired after 145 mins I should have just gotten 1 hr

Excellent experience! Friendly and helpful staff. We came late Sunday evening and it wasn’t crowded. Great rates too. I was thrilled they had a discounted toddler rate as well and let us use trampoline socks from a different gym we brought. Will definitely return when back in the area.

Surge is one of our favorite spots in Winston-Salem! I take my toddler here to burn off some energy, and he absolutely loves it. The staff is always friendly, the place is clean, and there’s plenty for younger kids to enjoy. It’s a great way to get some fun activity in, and I love that it feels safe and well-run. Definitely recommend it for any parents with energetic little ones!
