Susan and her team were absolutely amazing to work with throughout our entire wedding process. She was one of our first vendors we had booked for the wedding and we immediately knew we wanted to work with her after our first conversation. She was always willing to answer our questions quickly and provided a vast amount of industry knowledge that helped us through the entire process. Susan was willing to work with us to meet all of our photography and videography needs for the wedding and we have been thrilled with the final products. We had a lovely engagement shoot a few months out which turned out fantastic and helped us feel more comfortable for the wedding. As for the wedding day, Susan and her team were true professionals. They kept us on task for the day and helped maintain a calm energy amongst our large family. It was truly such a great way to go about the day and I will always be grateful. Her whole team was amazing and captured the most beautiful memories in photos and video. They were also great in working with our dog and capturing great moments with him. We received a beautiful set of sneak peeks the day after and quickly received our video and full gallery. The work is spectacular and we cannot stop looking at them. We would recommend Susan and her team to anyone for their wedding!

Having Susan as our photographer and videographer was truly one of the greatest gifts of our entire wedding. Not only is she unbelievably talented - but having someone we love and trust behind the camera brought a sense of comfort, joy, and calmness - to a day that can otherwise feel overwhelming. It honestly felt like having an angel watching over us and just happened to be capturing magic the whole time. She has this incredible ability to spot the moments that matter most—the little glances, the happy tears, the laughter between the chaos, the quiet pauses that often go unnoticed. When we look at our photos and video, it feels like reliving our wedding all over again, but from an even more beautiful perspective. Every image is full of heart, and every second of the video reflects exactly how the day felt to us: emotional, fun, imperfectly perfect, and full of love. We were so incredibly lucky to have Susan Shek photograph our wedding this summer in NYC—I truly can't imagine the day without her! Susan is more than just a professional photographer; she goes above and beyond for her clients with her thoughtfulness and passion to truly capture you as a couple. Susan’s photos and video speak for themselves, but the experience behind it all was worth its’ weight in gold. The night before my wedding Susan and I spoke to clear up some details and she asked me about a car and how cool it would be to have. I found a vintage Porsche and tried booking it, but couldn’t get out of my other booking. When we showed up to the venue she surprised me with the same car I was looking at the night before!! It was unbelievable and the sweetest surprise!! When you book Susan and her team you’re getting genuine people that care about you and making one of the biggest days of your life magical. They nailed my wedding day and it was truly incredible working with team Shek!! Not only are my photos gorgeous and my video a movie, but the entire time I felt worry free. Susan was on top of EVERYTHING and I mean everything you can think of and it went beyond just being my photographer. I am so thankful I found her, she made my wedding day absolutely perfect.

Where to even begin - hiring Susan as our photographer was the best decision we made during our entire wedding process. There is no one more professional, caring and talented. She is an amazing communicator and got to know us during our engagement shoot so that she could know exactly how to shoot us on our wedding. Day of, she was wonderful.
