We recently found Suzanne’s Dog Boarding on Google for two weekend stays this month. From beginning to end, Suzanne was friendly and communicative (texting to set up a meet and greet and tour, showing us her wonderful set-up for the doggies, sharing daily updates and photos). Suzanne clearly loves what she does and it shows by the thoughtful way she cares for our dog’s needs when he stays. Our dog had diarrhea and they were so nice as to help give him pumpkin and rice to settle his stomach (you just can’t find this level of detail and care at the big name boarders). We’re so happy we found Suzanne and trust her to watch our dog in the future.

I can’t overstate how amazing the service and experience we got from Suzanne when she took care of our first dog when we went on a 15 day trip to Japan. Her setup/backyard is a dogs dream in the Oakland area. She kept us updated everyday with pictures and honestly put me at ease knowing Suzanne was taking care of our dog. I am so lucky that we found her and we can always count on her. Thank you again for everything!

We found Suzanne through a Google search just few weeks before our two-week trip to Japan, and we are so grateful we did! She was very kind and gave us a nice tour and did meet/greet with our dogs- her backyard was very spacious and well-kept (plentiful space for our dogs to explore and relax). We really liked how intimate the boarding stay was for our doggos. She was incredibly communicative from the start, responding quickly and keeping us updated with regular messages and pictures of our dog while we were away. Suzanne is not only friendly but also very accommodating, making sure our dog’s needs were met and that they felt comfortable in her care. It was such a relief knowing they were in good hands. Highly recommend Suzanne for anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring dog sitter!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Suzanne since December 2021. She was the first person I had watch my dog when I moved to Oakland from SF and I am so glad that I was lucky enough to find her! Suzanne is so caring and kind and immensely responsive whenever I leave my dog with her. I get regular photos, she has helped me when I've been in a pinch and needed coverage last minute, and best of all my dog LOVES being there. I never worry and feel so confident in Suzanne's expertise. Her space is also so beautiful with tons of room for the dogs to play and socialize while they stay with her! 10/10 isn't enough of a rave review! Thank you Suzanne for loving my pup as one of your own :)

I am beyond thrilled with the care my dogs receive at Suzannes dog boarding! Leaving my pets behind when I travel is always a challenge, but knowing they’re in such good hands makes it so much easier. Suzanne and her husband are incredibly friendly and attentive, and it’s clear they truly love animals. My dogs are always happy and well-cared for when I pick them up—it’s like they had their own little vacation! The facility is clean, spacious, and offers plenty of room for them to play and relax. I’m always impressed by the level of communication, with updates and photos sent throughout their stay. I can confidently say that I’ve found a second home for my dogs, and I’ll never hesitate to leave them here again! Highly recommend!
