Very impressed with the service provided by Brant Benoit with Swan. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I had scheduled a routine furnace tune-up, but he discovered and fixed a problem that had been popping up off and on for years and was never fully addressed—until now. Brant was incredibly thorough, paid close attention to detail, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. It’s a huge relief knowing the furnace is finally working the way it should, especially during winter.
Brant Benoit was our Swan technician and he did an exceptional job. He was on time, courteous, and throughly explained the services performed. He went above and beyond to explain how to turn on our emergency heat if our heat pump ever fails and proactively provided a link to purchase an air filter needed for our humidifier.
Bryce Garcia performed our annual plumbing inspection yesterday. He was one of the best home service techs we have had. Friendly and polite, very efficient in his work, and gave us a thorough report with understandable explanations and practical suggestions. He is a great asset for Swan!
Very friendly and professional crew that came quickly to repair my old furnace in a pinch. Given my furnace was old, they encouraged me to transition to a new energy efficient heat-pump. They are filing the (generous) rebates with Excel for me which will ensure I get the full amount back directly to me. I now also have a smart thermostat and my dual system is so quiet. Caiden and Nate in particular have been so helpful and patient explaining all the ins and outs of my new system. Very happy with my experience!
Jason Dubose, the SWAN technician came out today to help, when I woke up this morning with no heat. He was amazing. He came out and arrived on time, flushed the drains and cleaned the system. He explained why it happened and the proper solution so this won't happen again in the future (basically The initial installers placed too many unnecessary right angled PVC connectors, that it invites water buildup and growth blockage, resulting in the furnace shutting off). For what it's worth, this is a brand new unit that was installed January 2025. It's currently October 2025. I don't know about other technicians, but Jason was great. He even recommended the proper fix so this won't happen again in the future. I plan to get the PVC pipe drains re-routed properly based off of his recommendation. But am a little disappointed that the initial Swan installers overlooked this installation issue.
