The saunas here are very private, so calming, and SO clean. The staff is very kind and very helpful. Sweattheory is my favorite relaxation stop in KC!
My favorite place in KC to unwind and relax at. I don’t have the $$ to throw down for the classes or memberships, but I regularly use the private saunas with ClassPass, and they’re honestly what get me through the winter blues. The owner is also respectable and trustworthy, as the hot water was out one evening and he quickly refunded my credits and gave me a free session without question. I’ll continue to be a repeat customer!
Very nice private sauna — clean, quiet, and relaxing. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my visit, and I wasn’t told ahead of time, so the post-sauna shower was cold. Update: The owner (Brandon) reached out right away, apologized, and said repairs were being finished the next day. He offered a complimentary return visit once it’s fixed, which I really appreciate. I’ll update this review after my next session.
Favorite yoga studio in KC! The space is like going on a retreat. Each time I am here it is a whole experience.
I attended a Hot sweaty soul yoga class with Joy. She was wonderful, it was my first yoga class ever and she was so thorough and never made me feel singled out when I needed to make adjustments. The staff were all so kind, the workout was great. I will definitely be back.
