Always a great experience here! They have so many options and fun things for girlies to choose from. Elaina was great and so patient with my us as we changed our minds several times trying to decide on the perfect look!
I was very disappointed with our visit. I booked a pre-birthday spa appointment for my 7-year-old daughter, something she had been excited about for a long time. When we arrived, it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, and while the front desk associate was friendly, the stylist barely acknowledged us when she arrived and the service felt rushed from the start. My daughter was quickly told to pick polish, a ring, and stickers with little interaction or explanation. Based on the website, we expected a “simple design,” but were told only basic polish was allowed, which was disappointing. The manicure itself felt extremely minimal, with her hands soaking for about a minute and lotion briefly dabbed on and wiped off, with no hand massage or true spa-like experience. While the nail polish looked nice, drying felt rushed as well. The biggest disappointment was the “lite makeup application.” Instead of soft, neutral, child-appropriate makeup, my daughter was presented with bold, bright colors and encouraged to choose from them. Cleanup was poorly done, resulting in smeared eyeshadow, heavy blush, glitter, and bright lip gloss, leaving her looking overdone and uncomfortable. By the end, my daughter quietly told me she just wanted to go home and take the makeup off, which we did almost immediately after leaving. While the stylist was polite, the overall experience did not match what was advertised and left both of us feeling very let down.
Booked last minute for my 4 year olds birthday. Took her and my 6 year old daughter and they LOVED it. Elaina and Tera were so sweet and patient. They made my daughters feel so special. I love the treatment plus the attention and their hard work shows in my kids smiling faces w make up and hair.
This place was super pretty and girly! The ladies that work there know how to make our little girls feel so special! For being my daughter’s first haircut, Tera made it a great experience for her. She was so happy and so comfortable and made her feel so pretty at the end. Will definitely come back to give my daughter another *all about me day again!
Absolutely and ALWAYS amazing service and talent here with any of the ladies. Ms. Tara has become my daughter’s favorite and I don’t blame her one bit. But she wouldn’t fight being with any of these amazing stylists. We love taking our daughter here! She wanted a BIG change and cut 8 in off! They always make sure the kids are comfortable and chatting with them. It’s so sweet! We appreciate Sweet & Sassy! She’s loved getting cuts, tinsel, makeovers the whole works here!
