I recently ordered an incredible 10 inch yoga pants cake. It was incredible. Incredibly rich and delicious and it looked as beautiful as it tasted The baked goods available are divine, but do not limit yourself to just the display items. There are a number of orderable goods and the office staff are truly incredible. I had a mishap where I was unable to get my cake due to having the flu. I was prepared to pay for and then order another cake, but instead they refused to let me settle for an old cake and they made another to replace it so that we could have a fresh cake. It was a relief and I am glad others got to enjoy a piece of the twin of our cake we ultimately enjoyed. The level of customer service and professionalism of the staff was incredible. They helped me understand how to manage the cake to minimize waste and helped me with a wonderful tenor and demeanor. I have yet to eat anything from this bakery that was a missed mark and our cake was no exception. I have yet to have an interaction thats wasnt pleasant, and I say that as a person with social anxieties. I can recommend this incredibly creative bakery without reservation or tribulation. My wife with a gluten intolerance gives it the highest of praise, and they deserve it. Its worth the stop of you need a something for the sweet tooth or a specialty cake that has look and taste.
Very nice allergen friendly bakery! All the donuts, cupcakes and lemon olive oil cake were tasty :) perfect for our family who are vegetarian and don’t eat eggs. The service was also top-notch. Highly recommend!
We dove an hour and a half to try the sandwiches and got desserts as a treat! It was well worth the drive. The staff was very friendly, they explained how they make everything fresh every day and the difference in all their sandwiches. We tried one of each! The coconut bacon was crazy good.
I am from Kansas visiting Jacksonville Fl, this past weekend for my birthday. My daughters and I stayed in Jacksonville, but my purpose was to go St Augustine. But my daughter who lives in Florida has a health diagnosis that makes her have to eat free of certain ingredients. She told me about the Sweet Theory Baking Co and how delicious it is and free of alot of ingredients that I agree with 😊. She also said that you have to get there early enough because the line gets lonngggg, and the store may run out of goodies because of how delicious their treats are..... let ME tell YOU, "Chef's Kiss" 😚 yummmmmmy!! The customer service was AMAZING as well!!!! The way they handle their food is beyond excellent. 👍🏾 They do not cross-contaminate GF with Gluten. They also ask you if you want to box them together or separate.They give you that option. I will be returning when I return to your city. Thank you. I sure wish you shipped. DELICIOUS 😋 😋 😋 😋
Can’t believe these are gluten, dairy, egg and nut free!! My daughter has a ton of food allergies so finding this shop was a huge blessing for her birthday today. Definitely need to go back The maple pumpkin loaf was delicious as well as the pumpkin vanilla cupcake
