We were very pleased with Swift Moves and highly recommend them. The communication was excellent, price was fair and the movers themselves were very efficient and careful to wrap everything and move items with care. We would definitely hire them again.
I called several moving companies the last time I moved, and ultimately decided to go with Swift Moves. The person on the phone (Jeremy I believe) was extremely friendly and explained everything clearly. I was so satisfied with the service that when it came time to move again, I not only contacted Swift Moves for a second time, but I requested the same lead mover, who I later figured out was Cedric. Cedric works "swiftly" and tries to save you as much time as possible. He communicated what he was doing and asked when he wanted my input on what I wanted done with different pieces of furniture during the loading/unloading process. The second time around, I was not disappointed and he had an even better helper with him than the previous time, a guy named Marquel. They did everything in their power to treat my furniture with care, and that quality really stood out to me. They work great as a pair together and I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking moving services to contact Swift Moves and request them, specifically. The prices are fair in comparison to other quotes I received and I wouldn't call anyone else, should I ever need to move again in the future. Thank you for making this process easier for my son and I! You really took what is normally an extremely stressful situation and made it light and easy. Thank you guys!
The absolute best customer service and the absolute best crew. Swift Moves is by far the greatest moving company. The owner, the management team, and all the movers are amazing. Rony and Josh were excellent at getting me out of one home into another. Jeremy and Peter have been nothing but kind, supportive, great customer service and excellent communication. If you're looking for a mover, this is the crew to call. They work with you, their personalities are great, and they care about their customers. I'm so happy with how well everything went for my move. A+++
I’m an experienced mover, I have moved cross country twice, and I moved houses every two years and I can’t recommend this company. 3 men arrived at my house on time but they were slow and used an absurd amount of packing materials. I didn’t have the mattress protector so I have to throw away my original mattress encasing and my dinner table suffered from scratches. The unloading was messy like if they were inexperienced into just grouping things, which can explain why my table was scratched that badly. The attitude was neutral and communication felt a little force, you know when you feel that employees are making you a favor and not being paid for the favor? Well, something like that. It was a big move but on the phone the customer service is completely different compared to the outcome you would expect. Remember, even though you can feel bad for the amount of time an energy these employees would spend in moving your stuff, you are actually paying for it. $2200 with packing, $300 just for materials . Use another company, and pack yourself or else just brake your kitchenware and buy all new its cheaper. My recommendation is just lease a Uhaul box and two everything in it, but don’t do packing service is a waste of money at its finest.
5 Stars - Amazing Experience! I recently used Swift Moves for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were friendly, fast, and incredibly efficient. I live on the third floor with no elevator, and they handled it with total ease—never once complaining and making it look effortless. They took great care of all my belongings and made what could’ve been a stressful day completely smooth and stress-free. I truly can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future. No complaints at all—just top-notch service!
