Scott assessed your injuries and provide a path for your full recovery. His entire staff including his front office are amazing. His staff assists you with the therapy equipment and exercises. Thank you to Synergy Physical Therapy Horizon Ridge! They have the nicest physical therapy staff around. We feel that Phil is the absolute best Physical Therapist. He was so very attentive along with his physical therapist aides and their big smiles every visit. If you weren't smiling when you walked in, you would look up and smile back in an instant. The front office ladies are also welcoming. Every employee knew her and greeted her by name each day. My mom was so thrilled with this particular office that she didn't want to stop going to physical therapy. She had improvement in the areas where she needed it and she was very happy about that. My mom insisted that I write a review on how pleased she is with this office. If you are looking for kind, friendly staff who are knowledgeable in what they do and able to efficiently navigate throughout their daily appointments, Synergy Physical Therapy Horizon Ridge would be a great choice! I honestly can't imagine living a week without physical therapy, but since I found Synergy Physical Therapy on Horizon Ridge nearly two years ago, I finally understand what truly excellent care feels like. This team has been instrumental in my recovery from major, complicated back fusion and shoulder replacement surgeries. From the moment you step in, you are surrounded by genuine attention and care. The entire team—from the front desk to the therapists—is incredibly professional, friendly, kind, responsive, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every single staff member knows every patient's name, condition, and needs. My progress is dynamically evaluated, and my exercises are thoughtfully adjusted session-to-session, not just once a month like I experienced at other clinics. My therapist, Alexandra Wilson, is a consummate professional whose expertise is matched only by her kindness. She is fantastic! Additionally, Manager Alia Jenkins and the front desk staff always do their absolute best to accommodate the best possible schedule for you. Beyond the superb clinical care, the atmosphere is simply great—it feels like you're working with a group of good friends. They celebrate every day of life, and the environment is always positive and upbeat. I highly, highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy! Synergy Physical Therapy is fantastic ! Wonderful place to recover from shoulder surgery. Staff is exceptional ! Communication is first-class ! Front desk staff so friendly, nice and efficient. All of the p.t. assistants and students in training are so friendly, nice and helpful ! My therapist Mark was awesome !!! Can’t say enough about him and how he brought me back so quickly from an early May surgery ! The owner has done a great job of putting this staff together because they operate like a well-oiled machine. Would highly recommend Synergy Physical Therapy.
