Chef Lin catered our wedding this fall. From working with us to craft a great menu to a personal tasting and then executing it all beautifully on our special day, he was a joy to work with. I knew I could trust him when he gave me pointers on what to be asking caterers as we shopped around before committing. He and his team were awesome to work with day-of and if we ever need catering in the future he will be our go to! Chef Lin catered a dinner party for us and everything from setting the date to packaging leftovers was done with such precision and care and executed perfectly. His crew was wonderful, and they took great care in making sure we didn't have to do a thing. The food was beyond incredible, from the amazing appetizers and charcuterie board to the main course and incredible desert. They also created a special drink to go with each course. I can not recommend Chef Lin and his team enough and can't wait to have them back soon!

Chef Lin provided an incredible and memorable experience for my wife and me. He taught and guided us step-by-step as we prepared a wonderful steak dinner in our newly renovated kitchen. From the salad to the French torte, the meal was incredible. Chef Lin's attention to detail, emphasis on fresh ingredients, and talents as a culinary instructor make him the best in the business. I cannot recommend him enough for your event, large or small!

This was our first time having an event catered in our home and we could not have been more pleased - Chef Lin provided delicious food and great service! He is a true professional with great communication and a sincere desire to exceed your expectations. He was gracious and patient in answering questions and tailoring the menu to our exact wishes. He had a slight delay and forgot an item but because he’s a man of integrity who holds himself to high standards, he more than made up for it by providing plating service, staying to replenish as guests devoured the goodness he prepared and had the forgotten item brought over by his sous chef. Our guests raved about the food - one highlight being the beef tenderloin with horseradish mayo on homemade rolls. Without hesitation, we will use The Tailored Chef again and highly recommend Chef Lin!

Lin and Mario provided a fun hands on Seafood Boil experience for our family of 17! Everyone had blast learning the how to’s and the food was wonderful!! They cleaned up everything- better than how they found it. I highly recommend Chef Lin if your family wants a special night in at the beach! This was so much easier and more relaxed than going out to a restaurant!
