I always came here to get an oil change and the service is always great. I will Say my last visit I was pretty upset. I went For an oil change. They told me that my transmission was actively leaking and my oil pan as well. WITH THEIR KNOWLEDGE they STILL were upselling me AND moved forward with the oil change. I went To a shop to get the car fixed because of what TAKE 5 said needed service…tell me WHY they wouldn’t say “hey actually we recommend you get the transmission looked at and get it done because the oil change today will mean NOTHING because they will have to drain it out. LITERALLY THE SAME DAY to get my transmission serviced. The $294 that I spent At TAKE 5 was drained. IM AM OVERLY UPSET with what I thought Of a place to be trusted to KEEP their clientele coming back they took my money without any suggestions and apologized for my transmission leak. I would appreciate to get a response with at least a number to be able to speak to someone like other responses have. This recent response will not suffice.
Gilbert took very good care of me and made sure that everything was perfect on my vehicle triple checking their work. He didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything I didn't need which is such a relief. I felt like he was genuinely looking out for my vehicles needs and not just trying to upsell me unnecessary bs. I will always bring my cars here
I am so angry about their service, a simple Oil change performed by Jose and Chris, seriously guys! an oil change, and you messed up my car (see photo) I tried to call customer service, it is a joke 35 minutes wait with no answer, I seriously want my money back, I had to pay someone else to come fix my car as the car started to fall apart!
Needed an oil change and stop here as it was close to work. I've been to many Take 5's and normally go to one close to my house in Cibolo....When I say that the customer service I received would make me pass 10 other locations to come here on a regular is an understatement. I believe it was Jose who attended me but everyone here was extremely customer service focused, polite, and chilled. This location gave me a barber type vibe where they know how to enjoy what they do, chit chat, jokes all while focusing and taking care of the customer. Must also point out the honesty portrayed. I requested to have my air filter changed and instead of just taking the extra sale, my man was like "I'm going to check it first before making you pay for something you don't need". 10 stars in my book. Give these guys a raise and do whatever to keep them representing your company.
Joshua and Chris at Take 5 Oil Change on Broadway are the BEST! 🚗💨 They keep my 2012 running smooth, always super fast, and hook me up with the best deals on synthetic oil. Love how they greet you with an ice-cold water (and even a second one for the road) and always have a smile. They remind me about little things like cabin filters, even show me how to swap it myself if I want—and still find me extra coupons! The shop is spotless, service is top-notch, and value is unbeatable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
