Stopped by for an oil change. Was greeted promptly and told they only have 2 people working so it may be a bit of a wait and he offered a bottled water.. Let him know I didn't mind. Once in the bay, I was treated to excellent customer service, upbeat attitude and upfront pricing. Decided to go with the upsell of an air filter, mine was shown to me and it was definitely grubby. Overall I was there for one hour, including my wait time. Left with a smile and will definitely be back.
I got two oil changes this week from this location. They offer coupons online that say 25% off and both times I was not able to use them. You fill out all the information and come to find out that you finally get the coupon hours after you’ve already left the location. The Services average nothing that I would brag about. But the fact that he can’t take advantage of the coupons they advertise is frustrating. If you’re gonna go there, set yourself up with the coupon day in advance. All in all with two oil changes it would’ve saved me at least $50-$60.
Unlike Valvoline, Take 5 has professionally trained employees. They are very knowledgeable, have all needed tools and are quick and efficient. (I had a friend that worked at Valvoline.. the horror stories!) Think of Take 5 as your professional pit crew for the everyday driver. Well worth the price. I won't take my work truck anywhere else. Yes I could do the work myself as I do all of my own maintenance. When it comes to fluids, its just easier, faster and more convenient with a really busy schedule. I know Take 5 will do it right every time. Thanks for helping me keep my truck going.
The techs were very friendly, made sure that I understood what the process consisted of, and showed me that my air filter was still in good condition for another 2 oil changes. I always feel like that’s one thing that always gets upsold. That’s just my opinion. Also, I can always find a coupon somewhere online for Take 5 that they always honor. Means a lot in these times of inflation.
I don’t remember my technicians name but he was really sweet and outgoing, he was talking about how he was just promoted and I can see why! They were super welcoming and excited when I pulled in and my technician went out of his way to replace my in cabin filter. I’m not sure it was ever replaced and he made sure to get it done even though it took extra steps to get it out. These guys worked fast and did a great job
