Beck Rivera and Talia Freedman and Co. are excellent realtors. Beck expertly guided us through the process of preparing for sale, repairs, listing, showing, and closing, but did it all flawlessly, for not only one, but TWO homes (we combined two homes into one during the course of our move to Colorado, selling also the home of my elderly mother and disabled brother). From start to finish, Beck researched and answered the many questions that arose along the way, conducted thorough market analyses and gave us accurate recommendations, interfaced with buyer's brokers, title, HOAs, and all, and kept us well informed, and at ease, throughout. Our homes sold very quickly and for full value, important since we were forced to buy before selling, due to career and schooling changes and schedules. I would highly recommend Beck Rivera, his firm, and associates, in a heartbeat. Not only did he have the requisite knowledge, legal compliance background, and attention to detail throughout the process, but most important for us, he was honest and trustworthy! There is real value in placing the most important, but also stressful, life changes into the hands of those with integrity, care, compassion, and skill. We have over ten year relationship with Talia. Most recently, she was our agent on the purchase of our new house and sale of our previous home, both transactions have both closed, they moved swiftly and smoothly happening between Sept-Nov of this year. She’s great to work with as she managed our expectations, gave good advice, and was very organized (with the help of Nicole who is great too). She suggested that we get preliminary inspections prior to listing our house, which we did, so that we could preempt any surprises and I’m convinced that our sale moved smoothly because of this. I highly recommend Talia Freedman. She represented me as both a buyer and a seller, and each time exceeded my expectations. When I was ready to sell a house on the Westside this summer, I told Talia that my goal was to receive a solid purchase offer within 30 days and to close within 90 days. She did even better than that. Talia priced the house so well that it attracted multiple offers, leading to a bidding war. We accepted an offer just a few days after listing, at a price we were very happy with.
When my husband and I decided to move from California to Albuquerque, we knew we would need a realtor who understood the complexities of helping out of state buyers navigate the New Mexico real estate market. After reading all of the positive reviews for Talia and her assistant Nicole, we called Talia and made an appointment to view several houses. We are so glad we did! We found a house in the neighborhood we wanted and at the price point we needed. As first time buyers in New Mexico, Talia and Nicole made sure that we understood the entire process, from writing the offer to what we needed to do post closing. We were able to do everything we needed to do from California, with their expert help and guidance. We feel so lucky to have found Talia. We couldn’t have done this without her! I just wanted to update my review as not only did Talia help us find a home, she has also been amazing post sale. It took us a bit longer to get to Albuquerque, and Talia and Nicole helped us find a locksmith, checked our mail, gave us a referral for a plumbing company to service our swamp cooler, and also gave us the name of an extremely reputable general contractor. Most realtors don't return calls or texts post sale, but Talia has just gone above and beyond!!
Talia and her staff sold our house in six days. Talia knows Albuquerque neighborhoods and has established a great rapport with the wider realtor community. She advised us well on price point and market, while also listening well to our needs and preferences. Her professionalism is top-notch, but without a corporate feel. We loved working with Talia and her staff, and would do it again in a minute.
