This place is amazing! All these other tire shops Want to make a mountain out of a mole hill and take hours of your time to fix a simple issue. I pulled up on a Friday night at 6 o’clock and within 15 minutes. Alex had my tire plugged and was out the door. I would highly recommend.
These guys are always accommodating and hard workers. They are also thee Friendliest staff I’ve experienced in the car service industry. I will be a loyal customer for the foreseeable future. Alex especially has been on top of things from what I’ve seen during my last two visits. He does thorough work and is detail oriented. Alex and Company service Tesla Tires, and as a full time RideShare driver, this shop has saved me a lot of time for my Tesla tire needs.
I highly recommend Tampa Tires & Wheels! Their customer service is excellent and they really treat you with respect. What I love the most is that they stay open late, which is a huge help when you’re busy during the day. Twice they’ve helped me out when I needed it and both times they were fast, professional, and fair with pricing. If you need tires or wheels, this is definitely the place to go!
I needed a valve stem replaced and these guys were amazing! Right from the moment I arrived they were very professional and kind. The pricing is straight forward and fair. They got right to work and had me out of there in under 20 minutes. They offered me bottled water and I waited in the AC while they got the work done. They are family owned and operated and have hours late into the night. I will be using them for anything tire and wheel related from now on and will recommend them to all my friends and family. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
I can’t say enough great things about Tires & Wheels Tampa. They repaired my fractured wheel in under three hours, which is truly remarkable. The customer service was amazing from start to finish—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I drove all the way from Land O’ Lakes because their reputation caught my attention. Out of nearly 1,200 reviews, only four were negative and the rest were solid five-star ratings. I’ve never seen any business—not restaurants, not attractions, nothing—maintain such an exceptional rating. And now I understand why. Their service exceeded every expectation. I’m incredibly grateful for their speed, their quality of work, and the level of attention they gave me. I cannot recommend Tires & Wheels Tampa enough. They’ve definitely earned another loyal customer!
