I've been coming here about 9 or so months now and I want to say I love the personal feeling I get from this office even though there are many vets here. Example being I took my dog to a ER vet one day and they sent the visit information here, to my primary vet, and they called the next day asking how my dog was doing and if I needed anything from them. Same thing when my dog needed to see a special eye vet. I scheduled a procedure with the eye vet, and the next day I get a text asking how everything went with it from tampa vet. I just refilled a prescription for the 1st time and I was able to submit that request online with no issues. The staff has always been very lovely, the vets are knowledgeable, to the point (in a good way), kind and I feel the prices are very fair personally.
"I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Webster and her entire staff at Tampa Veterinary Hospital. They have always been incredibly kind and dedicated to Mulan and me. On December 30th, just 15 minutes after getting home from her surgery, Mulan suffered a severe respiratory crisis; her tongue was swollen and turning purple. In that moment of panic, I called Dr. Webster, and she acted with incredible speed and professionalism. She immediately instructed me to take her to the emergency room (VEG/ER). Because of that decision and her guidance, they saved my dog's life. We truly appreciate the honesty of Dr. Webster and the compassionate care from her whole team, especially during the holidays. Mulan is still with us today because of them. They are outstanding professionals!"
I just recently switched to this yet and I always get nervous when I first try out a new vet because my dog is my life. Dr. Kleiman was the absolute best. She made me feel so comfortable and confident! I’d recommend her to anyone. All the staff was incredible and I will be continuing to go here! I am so happy I found this place
Some of the best customer service and quality care I have ever seen! Everyone is so nice, you can tell they genuinely care about your pets. My dog has been there twice now and they are so gentle with her and her nervous self. She recently got a dental cleaning and the results were outstanding. As a new dog mom with lots of questions, they make it very easy to understand what’s going on and what options are available.
Amazing!! My local veterinarian was not able to do the additional testing needed so I made the trip to Tampa. I came in as a walk in on a Wednesday morning and everyone from front reception area to my nurse Amber, Dr Webster & Dr Gulledge went above and beyond. I could not be more appreciative for the care my sick boy Jaxon received.
