Had the pleasure of having chef Andre prepare a dinner for a group of us on a girls weekend getaway. From start to finish, the experience was a testament to chef Andre’s creativity, skill, and attention to detail. Each dish served was a work of art, not just visually but in its taste and texture. Chef Andre presented each course with a brief explanation, adding a layer of appreciation for the thought and effort behind each dish. I highly recommend Chef Andre and look forward to having him back and try more of his delicious creations.

We reached out to Chef André with regards to a private 4 course dinner for a birthday celebration. He was incredibly responsive and so easy to work with. After discussing our vision with him, we hired him for our event and also hired a bartender and rented dinnerware and glassware through Chef André. The rentals arrived the day before without any issues. The glassware and dinnerware matched our theme perfectly. The bartender/server was exceptional. She made an array of different cocktails and was very courteous and accomodating to our guests. Dinner was absolutely delicious. The menu Chef André proposed was perfectly balanced and the presentation of each dish was beautiful. Our 15 guests were impressed and happy with the service and their meals. We had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Chef André and his team for future events.

We hired Chef Andre and his team for our anniversary dinner and had a fabulous time! We selected his team based completely on a Google search and by reading his reviews. Prior to the event, he was very responsive to my questions and easily adapted to our menu changes and adjustments. With his help, we finalized a 5-course meal for 11 people in mid-October. On the day of the event, Andre and Jas came a couple of hours before guests arrived to start preparing for our meal. They had me take them on a tour of our kitchen, asked any questions that they had and then got right to work. It was obvious that they had worked together before and seamlessly prepared everything quickly. What a treat it was to get to relax with a drink before having people over! Once the guests arrived, Jas was an EXCELLENT server! She took our guests coats, directed them into the living area and had drinks in their hands quickly. She continued to keep everyone's glasses full until dinner was served without being intrusive. Her Whiskey Sour was amazing and the drink of the night! The food was meticulously prepared and beautifully presented. Chef Andre took the time to explain each course to us and ensure that everyone had enjoyed the previous course. Dinner service was efficient but not at all rushed and everything tasted wonderful. My only criticism is that the food could have been slightly hotter, however I have worked for years in hospitality and know that the temperature of a plated meal for a group is always a challenge (especially in a residential kitchen!). This didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the meal but it would have been even better if it could have been a bit hotter. The best part of the night was that they cleaned everything up before leaving! We were able to stay with our guests and enjoy our evening and the kitchen was still spotless! Both Jas and Andre were true professionals! Their easy-going demeanors and contagious smiles made the evening a huge success! Our guests RAVED about the entire evening and were all very impressed with their service and presentation! Thanks so much Chef Andre and Jas for giving us a night to remember!
