I used Svetlana for about 2 years. I appreciated her help for taxes but did not feel she was easy to reach for questions for how much her services cost. Her prices increased and I often felt I was bothering her with 1-2 questions throughout the year. My husband and I utilized her for tax help and financial advice for two years. While I was satisfied at the time, I’m now paying less and feel much more informed with another professional who we fit better with! She has also moved from San Diego to Florida, and I prefer to use a local CPA.
