I had the pleasure of working with Eloise M, whose guidance, patience, and expertise made the process feel effortless and truly personal. She was attentive to every detail and ensured that my vision came to life. The delivery was prompt, and the ring was completed exactly within the promised timeframe — a rare and much-appreciated level of reliability. What impressed me most was the consistent communication, even after payment was made. I always felt supported and informed at every stage. As for the ring itself — it is impeccable. The craftsmanship, the elegance, the way it captures the light — everything exceeded expectations. But the real magic? My partner is absolutely fascinated by it. Her reaction said it all. Thank you, Taylor & Hart, for turning such an important milestone into a joyful and memorable journey.
A very positive experience from start to finish. Muneerah was excellent in assisting me with creating the perfect ring for my fiancé, providing me with plenty information and knowledge to help me select the perfect band and diamonds to meet my requirements. T&H also assisted in a last minute change to the ring size even though they had already began crafting it in the workshop, this did however void my complementary ring resize post delivery. My ring was designed, quoted and purchased remotely with all communications via email. I was then able to see my ring specs and quotations within the online portal, all of which was very easy to understand. T&H provided regular updates while the ring was being crafted in the workshop right up until the ring was dispatched. Can’t recommend them enough - great service and a beautiful ring my fiancé is over the moon with!
An excellent experience from start to finish. Maria was so helpful at the consultation and even drew on her experience to predict the correct ring size as I'd brought one my fiancée normally wears on a different finger. My fiancée loves the ring and it's great to have complimentary yearly servicing and all the other benefits offered by T&H. Definitely recommend!
Our experience at Taylor & Hart was wonderful from start to end. We travelled from Wakefield for a weekend stay at Convent Garden because we wanted Becky's engagement ring to be perfect. The premises were very pleasant with a relaxing vibe. The process was made super easy by Emily, our designer, who was very knowledgable and helpful. There was a fair bit of back and fourth in trying to perfect our ring but Emily was very quick to respond each time and we feel that she was instrumental in acheiving our final design. She is amazing at her job and we felt really looked after throughout the process. We feel that our decision to make the trip to London rather than just ordering online was a very good one and would definitely recommend a face to face consultation. We will definitely be heading back to see Emily to help choose our wedding rings when the time comes. Thank you Emily and all at Taylor & Hart.
I would definitely recommend anyone to use Taylor and Hart for their engagement ring. I decided to design a custom ring and was working with Emily as my designer, she was very friendly and every time we spoke it felt like she was trying to help me create my dream ring for my partner. She was always prompt to reply to emails and answer questions. The ring itself is absolutely stunning and arrived exactly on time with a few updates while it was being produced to add to my peace of mind.
