Took my iPhone 15 here after it was water damaged, was completely unresponsive, and wasn't backed up. The Apple Store told me there was nothing they could do and that the phone was done for. The people at TecFix were not only able to recover all my data (for a fraction of the price as the place Apple recommended), but also would have been able to repair the phone if I wanted. Can't recommend this place more.

Absolutely wonderful service!! I had 2 other companies tell me that my phone was fried and that my data couldn't be recovered. I took it to Tecfix and within a couple hours they called me and were able to recover everything on my phone and even repair it if I wanted. Within 24 hours I had my phone back, all my data on a USB and I am so thankful. Great staff! I believe the woman working the front desk name is Rachel and she is so kind. Straight to the point and very helpful. Fast, efficient, great price and fully transparent company.

Canada isn't just about iPhones! I broke the screen on my REDMI XIAOMI. Rachelle received my phone last Saturday at noon, and by 4:00 p.m. it was ready. Fast, attentive, and inexpensive service compared to other technical services in Polo Park and elsewhere in the city. TECFIX is the best for your phone!

Fast, and quality service! Logan (AKA: The Tecfix Master) is to thank for this, immensely! Give that man a raise, he quite honestly deserves it!! Story time: I had called yesterday, Friday, too close to closing, had to wait until they opened today, (Saturday), perfectly fine. Fact is they had the replacement fan in stock and could fix it faster than any other shop in Winnipeg that I called (not shaming other business's, it's just the way business goes.) This morning, fiance's car went into limp mode when she went to take her Xbox Series S there, so I hopped on my bike and off I went, didn't get there until around 1:30pm. Dropped it off at Tecfix with Logan, he and I chit chatted about electronics, cars, etc., really, really nice guy. Very enthusiastic, good spirits and good energy from him. He told me he'd do his best to get it done today but no promises due to other repairs being ahead of mine, I said that's perfectly fine, that's the way the line of order works. I went home, made a coffee, had a couple sips... well call mama Mary & tickle me till I'm blue, 3:30pm my phone rings, lo and behold it's Logan saying the Xbox Series S is ready for pick up!! Hallelujah my friend, I'm on the way to pick it up!! The fan is running perfect again, and no more overheating messages! Amazing, fast, & reliable services by Logan! He should be your go-to man at Tecfix👌🏽Thank you again Logan The Tecfix Master, kudos to you bud!!

Really friendly staff, and quick turn around. I stopped in one evening after work (so, close to closing) with my Switch Lite. They called me the next morning after they had done the assessment. I agreed to the work and it was completed and ready for me later that day. Super happy with the work, and impressed with how quickly it was able to be completed. Definitely would recommend.
